If you suspect or know of abuse to a child, every person is required by Kentucky law to report it to the appropriate protective service agency (KRS620.030). If abuse is suspected by a family member or caregiver, report the abuse to the local child protective services or Department of Protection and Permanency. If abuse is suspected by a non-family member, report to your local police. Reports can be made anonymously if you are concerned about giving your name.
